Create: Haven Qualities is an addon for create (v0.5.1d) that adds more blocks, items and recipes to Create better qualities.
Update 1.0.1+ now supports Encasing Shafts, Cogwheel, Large Cogwheel and Pipes.

All casings can be put into a stonecutter to get the variants.
Recipes using Crusher:
Blaze Powder > 4x Blaze Dust
Coal > 4x Coal Dust (yes this conflicts black dye recipe, use mill for dye instead)
Diamond > 4x Diamond Dust
Gold Ingot > 4x Gold Dust
Iron Ingot > 4x Iron Dust
Lapis Lazuli > 4x Lapis Dust (yes this conflicts blue dye recipe, use mill for dye instead)
Netherite Scrap > 4x Netherite Dust
Quartz > 4x Quartz Dust
PS: These dusts are item applicators for creating casings, not to be confused with other dust types. Recycle Recipes using Crusher to recycle back to craft items:
