Allows Create's train tracks to be placed in portals from the Custom Portals API Reforged mod.
The only issue I'm aware of is that breaking and rebuilding a portal to make it larger for the track disconnects the linked portals permanently, which might be an issue with Custom Portals API Reforged.
Current version 0.1.0 was made with Create 6.0.7 and Custom Portals API Reforged 1.0.4
