Welcome to the craftable totems mod, in this mod you can craft totems by going to a new dimension. Kill the flying totems and collect the Essence O' Life and you can craft it from there.
!!! I recommend you to use the JEI mod for the recipes, and to make the portal you use cut sandstone as the frame and ignite it with the item "totem portal igniter !!!
