Craftable spawners will let you craft spawners. it is crafted with a diamond block in the center, a wither skull above and below, and six iron bars on the sides. Right-click on the empty spawner with a feather for a chicken, leather for a cow, white wool for a sheep, a bone for a skeleton, a gold sword for a zombie piglin, and a wither skull for wither skeletons. a mob will spawn on top of the block every five seconds.
