Craftable Blaze Rods and Powder

Description

This is a very simple mod that adds in recipes for blaze powder and blaze rods, in case finding a Nether Fortress is too difficult at a given time. The crafting recipes still require a Nether portal, or some other form of access to the Nether. If you have any suggestions for other recipes, please feel free to ask in the comments.

This mod can be used in modpacks, just provide credit.
