Contents Director

Contents Director downloads and installs mods/files that cannot be bundled with a modpack (due to distribution restrictions, launcher limitations, copyright, etc.) at game startup.

Fork of AutoPack-Director / Mod Director, with improvements:

• Connection and read timeouts (15 s / 30 s) — prevents infinite hangs on network issues
• Human-readable error messages for network failures (DNS, timeout, SSL, etc.)
• Error dialog shown before exit so users know why it failed
• Glob patterns and multiple patterns in supersede for automatic old-file cleanup
• Non-empty folder deletion support in modify config
