Configurable Lever

Description

Adds a Single block that works very similarly to the Vanilla Level, with one major exception. Rather than having either on or off redstone states, it has a level of states from 0-15, allowing users to output whatever level they may need.

To change the redstone output, just click either on the top half of the block, to raise the redstone output, or click the lower half to lower the redstone output.
