A simple implementation of 1.13-like conduits & buried treasure for 1.12. This mod was requested by smookepl.
Includes the conduit (with appropriate crafting recipe), the Heart of the Sea and Nautilus Shell items (the latter being an uncommon drop from guardians), and buried treasure.
May or may not be improved upon in the future.
