Fixes Concentration's Sodium 0.8.x integration. Sodium changed its config api and with that it broke concentration this just adds integration on top of concentration.
This is just for neoforge 1.21.1 currently because i needed it on neoforge 1.21.1. I might port it to fabric at some point but i don't really feel like doing that right now.
