A small add on for IC2 that adds compact versions of the water mill.

All turbines requires to have water on 4 sides of the block to generate power

• LvWaterTurbine generates 8/Eu per tick
• MvWaterTurbine generates 64/Eu per tick
• HvWaterTurbine generates 512/Eu per tick
• EvWaterTurbine generates 4096/Eu per tick

This mod requires IC2 or IC2 Classic
