- This mod adds 4 Tiers of Wind and Water turbine to IC2

1.  High Voltage Water/Wind Turbine (Produces 4x of Normal Wind Turbine)
2.  Extreme Voltage Water/Wind Turbine (Produces 16x of Normal Wind Turbine)
3.  Insane Voltage Water/Wind Turbine (Produces 64x of Normal Wind Turbine)
4.  Ludicrous Voltage Water/Wind Turbine (Produces 256x of Normal Wind Turbine)

Note to players of 1.7.10 Compact Kinetic Generators mod

• The higher tier kinetic generators (the one that makes KU into EU) is not ported due to IC2 changing how those work. You can get all of the turbine output into EU with the IC2 one.
• The recipes and names are tweaked a bit, refer to this and JEI for new recipes and names
• You need to wait a bit before the turbine starts spinning when :

           1. The turbine is placed

           2. The server restarted

           3. The turbine is (re-) loaded from an unloaded chunk
