Combat Timer

What does this do?

Features:

1. Combat Timer Mechanism: Once tagged in combat, players are unable to log off or disconnect from the server for a specified duration. This also prevents Homeward Bound's /home, /spawn, and /back commands.
2. Customizable Timer Settings: You can adjust the cooldown period, change warning message contents, and allow or disallow friendly fire (punching).
