One theme for all tooltips is kinda lame.
Especially for modpacks meant for cool features!
Insert Coloured Categories. A way for modpack makers to apply their pack themes to their tooltips!
This mod depends on nothing for default functionality! Just a config file :)
However it does have support for KubeJS and CraftTweaker!

Every launch, new colours.
By default, it randomly colours all parts of the tooltip for all items.
It computes on the fly, and caches it.
