Description

What is colonies?

Colonies brings the popular factions gamemode to Fabric. Group up, build bases, defend your turf, and raid other players in hopes of being able to take their chunks! While other players cannot interact with your chunks directly, they can use Tnt Cannons, place lava outside your turf to start fires, and do other things to gain access to your resources! You have been warned!

Colonies gain power for every player in the colony. Players gain power over time and lose power when dying. If the colony has too many chunks claimed and not enough power to support them, other colonies can come and override claims! Frontier life is dangerous!

How do I get started?

Once this mod is installed on the server, everything is run through the /colony command. Although not listed below, permissions are applied so for example only the colony owner can run /colony disband.

/colony create <name> : Create your own colony!

Colony Management:
/colony ban <name> : Ban someone from your colony.

/colony ban list : List all colony bans.

/colony ban revoke <name> : Pardon a banned player.

/colony demote <name>: Demote someone to member.

/colony desc <description>: Set the colony description.

/colony disband <verify colony name>: Disband your colony.

/colony invite <name>: Invite a player to your colony.

/colony invite list: List all pending invites.

/colony invite remove <name>: Remove a player's invite to your colony.

/colony join <name>: Join a colony.

/colony leave: Leave your colony.

/colony kick <name>: Kick a member of the colony.

/colony public <true|false>: Set whether a colony is public or invite only.

/colony promote <name>: Promote someone to colony admin.

/colony info <name>: Get basic info about another colony

/colony list: List all colonies

Colony Territory:

/colony claim: Claim the chunk your standing on!

/colony claim remove: Remove the claim from the chunk your standing on 

/colony claim modify animalSpawns <true|false>: change animal spawning rules for the claimed chunk you're in

/colony claim modify mobSpawns <true|false>" change mob spawning rules for the claimed chunk you're in

/colony home: Go to the colony's home

/colony sethome: Set the colony's home.

This mod received a lot more interest than I was prepared for. To compensate I'm going to work on it soon to bring admin tools and other features!
