A specialized fork of Neat optimized for Cobblemon 1.7.1+ on Minecraft 1.21.1 with Fabric 0.18.4. Tested on 1.7.1, 1.7.2, and 1.7.3

- Client-Side HP Sync: Health bars now read directly from Cobblemon's client battle system
- Perfect Animation Timing: Health bar changes are perfectly synchronized with Cobblemon's native UI
