Coal 2 Charcoal is back now for 1.12.2, with added config options.
Adds the ability to simply convert Coal 2 Charcoal and vis-versa.
The recipe has changed to stop crafting conflicts. You now need 2 coal or charcoal to convert to the other. The recipe is shapeless.
