Adds a toolset of Cement tools that can be crafted just like a regular tool, but replacing the material with brick blocks and the bottom stick with a piece of clay.
Also adds a naturally generating block called rough ceramic, that cannot be crafted.
Rough ceramic is fragile, so it breaks instantly when stepped on.
This makes it good for traps, as carped can be placed above it.
