Forge port of CIT Resewn. Ported by the Rubidium team and uploaded by me because the original CIT Resewn developer refuses to cooperate.

CIT Resewn is MIT licensed, so this is fully within the original license.

Builds for 1.18.2 and 1.19.2 are provided. Yes, this is fully compatible with Optifine-requiring resource packs.
