Get cinnamon by stripping a cinnamon log dropping cinnamon bark that can be smelted into cinnamon
Get peppermint powder by finding peppermint plant in taigas and snowy taigas and breaking it to get peppermint leafs that you can craft into peppermint powder

Currently there are 3 unavailable mobs in this mod, white iced gingerbread man, red iced gingerbread man and green iced gingerbread man. They will be available sometime in the future for now you can spawn them in creative using the spawn eggs in the creative tab.
