As of version 1.3.0 4 Big Swords exist. Those included are:
Gold, Iron, Diamond, and Netherite.
Here is a summary of what each Big Sword does. (Note: they all can use sword enchantments like Sharpness)
Gold Big Sword - Does 7 Damage with a Attack speed of 0.9, applies slowness 1 while holding.
Iron Big Sword - Does 9 Damage with a Attack speed of 0.8, applies slowness 2 while holding.
Diamond Big Sword - Does 10 Damage with a Attack speed of 0.8, applies slowness 2 while holding.
Netherite Big Sword - Does 14 Damage with a Attack speed of 0.6, applies slowness 3 while holding.
I recommend JEI for recipes but if you cannot get jei then look at the images section as I will have some examples.
