A Client-Side mod that acts as an engine to customize your cape!
there is 2 ways to do it:
-1 Cape-Users
Basically, you can get the cape under someone's username, or UUID
-2 Local
You can use your own custom texture without uploading it to a website or anything, just drag and drop
Note:
Optifine capes has some issues so make sure that you don't use them if you want to use this mod!
