The Cannibalism Super Ultra Mega mod introduces a new gameplay mechanic: cannibalism. You can craft a new item from a stick and iron—a cannibal knife.
If you hit villagers or players with this knife, they will drop various organs: liver, heart, legs, arms, etc.
The first few times you eat human flesh, you'll feel sick and nauseous. But gradually you'll get used to it. Eventually, you'll become addicted to eating regular food.
