The Breaker Block breaks blocks below it whenever it's activated by redstone, can be pushed by pistons and can stick to Slime and Honey blocks.
Whenever it breaks a block, it'll drop the item as if the player broke it (Stone into Cobblestone, for example) and the dropped item will be where the block originally was
