Plant special flowers directly on fluid containers, generating flowers will actively pump mana down, and functional flowers will pump mana up from containers below
Plant special flowers on supported pipes is also possilble
Plant flowers on potting dirt (added by this mod and acts like a fluid container), and transfer mana fluid between potting soil by any pipe (even AE2 networks!)
