Adds a fully configurable item letting you un-strip wood

You get wood bark when you strip a log/wood, you can right click with the bark on the log/wood to turn it into it's un-stripped variant. Fixes the issue of accidently stripping wood when building or during regular gameplay, as you can just reapply it. It can also be eaten or used as fuel.
