The Java Impaling Enchantment was always underwhelming. It only dealt extra damage to aquatic mobs, including guardians, fish, and squids (not even drowned!). The Bedrock Impaling Enchantment, on the other hand, was overpowered. It dealt tons of extra damage to all mobs touching water or rain. This mod brings the better Bedrock Impaling behavior to Java!
