BeeCrafter is an addon mod for Productive Bees. It brings 'writing datapacks' into the game interface: no need to exit the game, no need to handwrite JSON, no need to create a texture. Just a few clicks and you can make a brand new bee.
Creating a new bee: three pages of forms, mostly just clicking — name/color/size/texture, which flowers it gathers from, up to 3 products (quantity and chance adjustable with ± buttons), and how to get it (not generated / converted by feeding / breeding two bees). Chinese names automatically become IDs (e.g., '钢铁蜜蜂' → steel_iron_bee). Items and bees are searchable and selectable (you can click items from your backpack; Chinese names of bees can also be searched). Textures can be taken directly from vanilla bees, or PB can recolor them with the color you choose — zero art work required.
You can also modify PB's built-in bees: click 'Vanilla Bees' → search from over 400 bees → change name/color/size/flowers/products/getting method, save to overwrite, and revert to original anytime. Only the fields you change are affected: textures, renderers, attributes, and conditions remain intact; if you change just the color, the original recipe for products and getting method won't change a single byte.
Two scope options: current save (only works in this save) / global (works in all saves, including new ones).
Multiplayer friendly: server-authoritative, changes automatically sync to everyone, default admin-only editing; four ways to open it (/beecrafter, hotkey B, right-click the 'BeeCrafter' item, or mod settings menu).
Reliable: before saving, it checks with PB’s own parser/encoder, scans again before server start with automatic isolation for any issues — you won’t 'break your world just by making one change'; /beecrafter recover restores everything with one click.
