Tough Material is made of the sea floor, dirt, gravel, sand, and clay.
Using bones as sticks and Tough Material as the, well, material, you can make Tough Material Tools!
Tough Material tools are equal to stone.
You can also make bones from dirt, gravel, sand, or clay and bonemeal.
