Basic Magick is a mod that adds two superpowers to make gameplay more fun.
Currently for 1.16.5, 1.19.4 & 1.20.1.

Current Powers:
Slowfall III
Speed II /Jump Boost II
Current keybindings (all changeable in the Misc section for Controls):
X to activate Slowfall
LCTRL to activate Super Sprint giving the player Speed2/JB2
END to remove the buffs (via remove all potion effects)
I use this along with wall climbing and double jumping from Wall Jump (https://www.curseforge.com/minecraft/mc-mods/wall-jump), i also recommend you play with Optifine (https://optifine.net/downloads) so you can turn off Dynamic FOV cause its way more comfortable that way.

On button release effects for both powers - effects are now given to you and then you press Clear to remove them (sadly its a remove all potions effect kind of purge not just removing the specific buffs so please bear this in mind when using the mod)
