Auto Planter is a mod that adds a single block to the game, An Automatic Planter!
Simply place a seed in the topmost slot and a piece of dirt in the bottom slot (to the left of the arrow), and put a container of some type underneath (e.g. chest, barrel, etc.) and it will start to produce the drops of that crop in the container.
P.S. the slot to the right is for a speed upgrade which will decrease the time it will take by the multiplier specified in the config.
N.B. the time it takes for each cycle will vary depending on the plant's number of growth stages and the time multiplier set in the config (Vanilla wheat for comparison has 7 growth stages so by default it will take 700 ticks without an upgrade).

These are all of the mods that I have currently tested with the Auto Planter.
The mod is designed to be compatible with any seeds that are put in, but as there are many different ways that developers can create crops, there can be instances were it will not work. If one occurs first try adding it to the "recipe_tags" file and if it does not work just submit an issue with the label Compatibility. (if it does work then use the label Recipe Addition.)
To quickly add/ remove seeds for your world, modify the item tag named "recipe_tags" with a data pack(so something like "data/autoplanter/tags/items/recipe_tags.json").
