ATM8 x Wither Storm Tweaks

Description

The ATM8 x Witherstorm Tweaks mod adds new items, recipes, and advancements to make the modpack work better with version 1.19.2 of Cracker's Wither Storm Mod. 

The current 1.19.2 version of Cracker's Wither Storm does not add a way to resummon the Wither Storm and cannot be summoned in a survival world where the mod wasn't installed prior to the world's generation. To solve this the mod adds a way to place and destroy command blocks!

The mod also makes the Wither Storm act as the final boss of the modpack by adding a harder alternate recipe for the Formidibomb which awards you an achievement.
