ATB Core fixes bugs, adds compat, and provides utils that directly assist the development of the 'ATB' modpack. Since it is useful outside of it, I decided to just publish it here so everyone can use it if they want. ATB Core has been modularised so that you don't need any mods. It'll automatically add what fixes it can depending on the context.

- Fix Potion HUD overlaps with other HUD mods by just removing it.
- Fixes Croptopia Cinnamon Leaves having a raw name by translating it from a lang file.
- Expanded Delight Cinnamon Stripped Log compatibility with HT's Treechop by registering it to StrippableBlockRegistry.
- Adjusts terrains crystal geodes to add More Gems Blocks in its outer shell rather than vanilla material blocks.
