You can make a artefact which you can Level up with Azerit (or destroy Azerit Leaves)
There is no limit of leveling so you can reach a level of effects so you can not die (With level one you get "Resistence 1", level 2 of the artefact "Resistence 2" and so on)
Main effects which you can level to crazy are "Resistence" and "Strength"
Enhancement items gives you extra effects when they are in inventory:
Livngline: adds "Regeneration"
Speedshart: adds "Speed"
Luckshart: adds "Luck"
