Upgrade version of AutoRegLib, with newest Forge version of that MC Version.

Don't say about licenses, ARL allows to redistribute. ARL Uses WTFPL (Do What The F*** You Want To Public License)

As this library is composite of classes from multiple classes from other mods of mine, each individual class falls under the license of the project it comes from.

What means Verified?
