Requirements

Requires Applied Energistics 2 (tested with 26.1.12-beta), GuideME, and Mekanism: Version Locked 2.7. Install matching versions on clients and server. JEI is needed on clients for recipe transfer and ghost ingredients. Mekanism Extras is optional.

The original radioactive chemical restrictions for storage cells are retained. Processing patterns can refer to these chemicals; use suitable external storage where the cell restrictions apply.
