Apogee implements the Apotheosis spawner modifier system, but on Fabric. Using various items, you can speed up or slow down spawning, adjust spawning ranges, remove the need for a player to be nearby, and more!
To find the various modifiers I recommend installing Roughly Enough Items and looking up the spawner item in it.
