Any-Structure Predicate

Description

Adds the special value anystructure_predicate:any for use in location_check ↪ structure predicates.

Created for use with Apathy Mod By all rights should work outside of it, but it's not incredibly efficient - Apathy caches for attacker spawn location checks, though, so it's fine there specifically.

What means Verified?
