This mod adds the ability to rename a Player Head (minecraft:player_head) in an anvil and generate the player head of the corresponding minecraft skin.
I use a crafting recipe (see https://crafting.thedestruc7i0n.ca/) to convert zombie heads to player heads, but the mod itself just needs you to have some way to obtain a minecraft:player_head item in your world. You can chose another method of doing so, if desired.
