Antique Age is a mod that will add elements of antiquity to your world!
Currently, the mod only includes Ancient Greece and Egypt. But in the future, elements of Rome, Carthage will be added.
Let's be honest, what is the Bronze Age without bronze? Here are a few steps to get bronze:
Find tin ore and mine it (at least with a stone pickaxe).
Find and mine copper.
Make a hammer, which is necessary for making bronze. Hammers can be made from stone, gold, bronze,
iron, and diamond.
Once you have copper, tin, and a hammer, you need to place 5 copper ingots, 1 tin ingot, and your hammer on the workbench. Your hammer will break a little, and you will get a bronze ingot.
Congratulations! You now have access to a whole host of new crafts! Almost all of them are related to hoplites.
You probably need weapons. No problem!
Bronze dora (spear), kopis (alternative to kukri), and xiphos (leaf-shaped sword).
If you want weak but fast attacks, choose the xiphos.
If you want strong but slow attacks, choose the kopis.
What kind of hoplite are you without a shield?
Here you will find a bronze hoplon (large round shield) and a small wooden pelt (crescent-shaped shield).
Any type of wood can be used for Pelt.
Weapons and shields are important, but armor...
You can create a whole set of bronze hoplite armor!
Any type of wood can be used for sandals.
If you want to be a simple soldier, there is a regular helmet, and if you want to be an officer or commander, there is a helmet with a crest.
The crest can be red, white, black, red and white, red and black and black and white. But to make a helmet with a crest, you first need to make a helmet and then the crest itself.
You may want to explore and travel.
There is a building in this mode!
It is a small abandoned fortress that can be found in desert and beach biomes.
In this dungeon, you will encounter three new types of jugs. These jugs can be broken with any tool (they break instantly, even with your hand).
1 Normal jug - brown,

They differ in the loot that drops from them.
If you are tired of wandering through mines looking for tin for bronze and bronze for hoplite armor, you can create another type of armor. More specifically, a breastplate.

For it, you need flax.
Flax seeds can be found in jugs.
You need to plant them on farmland. When you see small light-colored flowers, it's time to harvest.
You have a chance to get flax seeds and are guaranteed to get at least 1 flax fiber.
With 4 flax fibers, you can make linen cloth. After that, with 6 linen cloths and 2 skins, you can make a Linothorax.
There are 2 types of Linothorax: regular and white. They differ only in appearance.
You may need tools.
Here you will find a bronze pickaxe, shovel, axe, and hoe. They are better than stone tools but worse than iron ones.
Greece is Greece. Egypt is Egypt. Wait. Egypt?

Egypt. Like every army, Egypt also has its own (and not its own) weapons and defenses.
When you see the enemy, you attack it. Right?
Then you'll probably need a hopesh. A bronze hopesh. A hybrid of a sword and an axe.
If you get tired of the hopesh, feel free to take the Epsilon axe. Although it was invented in Greece, the Egyptians used this weapon more often than the Greeks. That's why the Epsilon axe is on Egypt's list.
These are all melee weapons. What about ranged weapons? The Egyptian spear is simply a long stick with a sharp bronze tip.
Weapons are clear, but what about defense?
Due to the heat, the Egyptians could not afford heavy armor. But they could afford shields.

There are two types: the first is wooden.
The second is also wooden but covered with leather. The one with leather is stronger.
We've figured out the equipment, but who are we fighting against? In the deserts, there will be 2 to 10 Egyptian spearmen. They have Egyptian spears and shields.
