This mood is for city buld servers and add's gamerulles and some blocks to make a civial live in the City possible.
That means gamerules like :
entitydealsdamage - stops every entity from atacking each other,
woldprotecktion - makes blocks proteckted from dammageing each other
Also it adds a bank-system to exchange money whit other players
and buying and selling things in shops.
