The ring is for flying like creative but in survival mode. It uses the mod Trinkets. 

For crafting the Angel Ring you'll need unstable ingots like in 1.7.10 with Extra Utilities. These will explode after 10s. You need to craft fast!

This mod is only compatible with Fabric.
