Adds niter ore to the game, this ore generates very similiarly to sulfur. It is very soft, requiring only a stone pickaxe to mine.
It is used in two crafting recepies, one for gunpowder, and one for bone meal. Bone meal is simply combining it with dirt, while gunpowder requires sulfur and charcoal, just like in real life.
