Welcome to Amber Chaos, as the description on the front page suggests, this mod adds a mutating amber goo mob.
The amber goo is surprisingly simple to create, merely combine a honey block and bone in a crafting table, and you attain its spawn egg. But, if you spawn this thing, it will likely destroy you and much of the creatures in your world. It starts out as a relatively weak, slab-like organism, neutral towards the player and other entities, but if killed, it will mutate into a stronger form, this continues until it reaches its strongest phase, after this it becomes incapacitated.
The amber goo can also mutate into dinosaurs! Although it can change into several other creatures, some not even being creatures at all.
Speaking of dinosaurs, to spawn the amber goo you must attain primordial essence, dropped by a spinosaurian, this creature is spawned itself with a sniffer egg, honey block, and dripstone spike. With the primordial essence, you must combine it with a honey block (and another item) to create the amber goo.
WARNING: Minor Tropophobia warning for later forms of the amber goo
MAJOR WARNING: If you spawn this creature, you will NOT be able to remove it from your world unless you change the game mode to peaceful, as every time it dies it only changes forms rather than staying dead. Another thing, this creature infects other entities during most of its phases upon killing them, though during some it doesn't and merely kills them, usually pitting this creature against any other mod's creature, even bosses (besides cracker's wither storm) will result in a horde of amber goo creatures being created.
