Aether Render Fixes

Features (all optional):

• Increases glove size in 1st person to better match it's size when rendered in 3rd person;
• Fixes vanilla capes (e.g. Migrator's cape) being rendered on top of Aether capes by hiding the vanilla cape;
• Fixes Quark's emote system causing your arm to be rendered offset to your glove by disabling the system's rendering entirely. (disabled by default)

• Fix gloves not being affected by lighting in the inventory screen.
