New AE device: ME Quest Detector. When connected to an AE network, it can detect or submit items/fluids in the storage to complete FTB quests. The detector is bound to the FTB team of the player who placed it. It will automatically detect items/fluids in the storage to complete non-consumable quests. When a team member actively submits a quest through the quest interface, the system will prioritize consuming items/fluids from the ME storage.
An "Consume Fluid" attribute has been added for fluid-type quests in FTB Quests (originally, fluids had to be consumed and submitted via the Quest Progress Detector). When set to "non-consumable," the quest can be completed as long as the corresponding type and amount of fluid are present in the AE storage.
