Add "final shout" & "second chance" & "last breath" mechanics into minecraft!

Features

Rush

• Give you Speed, Strength and Resistance effects on a short duration when you at low HP!
• "Adrenaline Rush" have countdown (Configurable - 15 Min countdown). Beware!

Second chance

• You will have 0,5 HP instead of dying when fall from any height (Configurable - 25 Min countdown )

Last breath

• When you run out of breath , instead of being drowned - you will breath 5 more seconds . Configurable 10 minutes countdown
