Just a backport of a feature added to Actually Additions in 1.11. Config allows adding ores to the Actually Additions Mining Laser in 1.10.2 much like Actually Additions itself allows in 1.11.
The config is based on how Actually Additions for 1.11 formats there config with the note quoted from the Actually Additions 1.11 config. Default adds Simpleores and Netherrocks ores to the laser as an example.
