Activator

Adds several blocks that activate (right-click or left-click) the item in their inventory.

Varieties:

• Basic: Activates every X ticks.
• Redstone: Activates every X ticks and the given redstone signal is present.
• RF: Activates every X ticks, while the given redstone signal is present, and while there is enough RF.

Recipes:

Basic and Redstone Activators both have recipes, however, the RF Activator does not have a recipe by default unless EnderIO or Thermal Foundation is installed.
