Adds customizable capes obtained from achievements. You can add you're own capes to server or world.
By default (During world creating) mod add a Standard Capes.

When you create world in the first time. Mod add to you're world a standard capes list.

2) How it works?
When client connecting to server. Server sending all data about capes. Client got this data and download texture from URL, merge with serial numbers and we have our capes on client. After disconnecting client lost data about all capes.
3) What about Elytra?
Mod don't change elytra texture yet :(
4) Where contain a capes data?
Internal Server : saves/{worldName}/achievcapes_data
Dedicated Server : world/achievcapes_data
