PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT: It has come to my attention that the site Minecraftpatch.com has reposted this map without my permission, without crediting me, and they lied about what versions of Minecraft the map was designed for.
I, AGiLE-EaGLE1994, AM THE CREATOR OF THIS MAP AND THIS CURSEFORGE THE ONLY OFFICIAL PAGE FOR IT. IF YOU SEE IT POSTED ANYWHERE ELSE, ESPECIALLY IF THE SITE SAYS IT IS FOR A VERSION OTHER THAN 1.12.2, IT IS UPLOADED AGAINST MY WISHES AND WITHOUT MY PERMISSION AND YOU SHOULD NOT DOWNLOAD IT FROM THERE. Sites like 9minuecraft, minecraftpatch, minecraftdl and other ones are NOT trustworthy. They are VERY frequently guilty of lying about which versions of Minecraft that mods, maps, or resource packs work with, they often don't credit the original authors, or ask them for permission, they also steal screenshots, and they have even been guilty of slipping malware into their illegitimate mod downloads before. These sites are shady and the only time you should EVER get a mod from them is if it's an old mod that all of the official downloads for have died.

At least 6GB RAM (For Dedicated GPUs)
OR: At least 8GB RAM (For Integrated GPUs, since integrated GPUs steal memory from your RAM, since they don't have enough video memory)
Your graphics card doesn't need to have a lot of video RAM.

BACK STORY FOR THE MAP'S CREATION:
In the summer of 2018, the Pokemon Gold/Silver Spaceworld 1997 demo was leaked online.
This map is a replica of the world from the demo meant to be used with Pokecube. It includes a resource pack which adds many of the Spaceworld Pokemon, although not all of them.
The buildings were mostly borrowed from the Pokeworld Kanto map found here: https://minecraft.curseforge.com/projects/pokemon-kanto-reproduction-hgss/images Any of the buildings that didn't exist in HGSS (Such as the Beta Goldenrod Radio Tower and the Olivine Aquarium) were built from scratch.
UPDATE: Almost ALL of the buildings have been replaced by ones I built myself from scratch. The only exceptions are the houses in Silent Hills and Kanto, the Pokemon labs, the Celadon Mansion, Silph Co. office, and the Celadon Department Store. The Department Store is a modified version of the one from the Kanto reproduction map, it's not the same as the one in that map, because I've made changes to it, like adding another floor.
Update: I am STILL working on this! Don't lose hope on it yet!
I've been working on it slowly but diligently. Right now I'm replacing all of the buildings from the Kanto repro map with custom ones. c:
